ALUWALL® is an insulated aluminum privacy wall panel system engineered for outdoor structures, including pergolas, carports, gazebos, and sheds.

Designed to create durable partitions and enclosures, each composite panel features a specialized insulation core permanently bonded between two alloyed aluminum facings using structural two-component polyurethane. Protected by high-durability coatings, the system delivers an elegant, low-maintenance wall solution with a built-in thermal barrier and a 10-year warranty.

Choose between two high-performance insulation core configurations depending on project specification and post-processing requirements:
XPS core (extruded Polystyrene): CFC-free insulation core providing enhanced thermal resistance. Available thicknesses: 28 mm, 32 mm, and 52 mm.
PET core (recycled Polyethylene Terephthalate): Patented core engineered ready for custom powder-coating with an integrated epoxy primer finish. Available thicknesses: 28 mm and 32 mm.
ALUWALL® provides distinct surface patterns on one or both sides of the panel to match surrounding architectural styles:
Smooth finish: Minimalist, sleek architectural aesthetic.
Vertical grooves: Linear vertical styling available in standard manufactured lengths of 2250 mm, 2500 mm, 2750 mm, and 3000 mm.
Horizontal grooves: Linear horizontal styling.
Louvered effect: Traditional shutter-style design featuring 49.3 mm louvers, available in standard lengths of 2500 mm and 3000 mm.
Provencal groove: Classic European tongue-and-groove profile.
Alloyed aluminum facings: Precision structural exterior skins.
Assembly bonding: Heavy-duty structural polyurethane two-component bonding.
Fire resistance: Certified M1 fire rating profile.
Standard panel width: 1195 mm (approx. 3.92 ft).
Structural height limitation: Panels can be installed to a maximum structural wall height of 3 meters (approx. 9 ft 10 in) between two fixing points located at the foot and the head of the panel
To maintain crisp, flat surfaces across long wall runs, smooth-faced and vertically grooved ALUWALL® panels are manufactured with a specialized joint detail:
3 mm x 20 mm notched edge: Built directly into the panel boundaries, this engineered notch allows for the seamless integration of an internal aluminum plate, achieving a flat, edge-to-edge structural connection between panels.
For panels configured with horizontal or vertical groove patterns, the spacing is engineered to two standard configurations:
