AV Composites is a manufacturing firm rooted in strict engineering principles. Founded by Vincent Aprin, a pioneer in composite materials, the company was built on the core philosophy that residential outdoor architecture deserves the exact same structural integrity found in advanced commercial transportation and manufacturing sectors.
While the budget patio industry relied on cheap, water-absorbing EPS foam and manual caulking, Vincent introduced high-density Extruded Polystyrene (XPS) closed-cell foam and a premium, commercial-grade polyurethane bonding process to the outdoor living market. The result was a highly rigid panel engineered to optimize structural span performance and weather resistance.
